The Food at MK Restaurants is primarily a mixture of Thai and Chinese cuisine.
The main menu features Thai-style suki that is a steamboat of fresh meats and vegetables cooked by dipping the items in boiling soup and then eating it with dipping sauces. MK has more than 50 fresh items on the menu, ranging from vegetables, meats, seafood, eggs, noodles and fish balls. The naturally–sweet stock, combined with the flavours of the cooked meat and vegetables, produces a tasty soup. Meals are complemented by the signature MK suki sauce. The recipe for the sauce is in fact a well-guarded secret known by only 3 persons in the world.
