ABOUT CHANG KANG KUNG – Hong Kong Hydro-thermal Steaming
Chang Kang Kung was launched in 2017 to be the first hydrothermal steaming model in Vietnam. Immediately after its launch, Chang Kang Kung quickly received the warmth of the customers as it catches up with the demand of “EAT for HEALTH” of the modern society.
During 2 years of development, Chang Kang Kung has rapidly expanded its system to 15 restaurants (Sep 2020) and serves nearly 100,000 visitors per month.
FRESH FOOD – The ingredients used for Chang Kang Kung hydrothermal dishes are fresh, hygienic and carefully selected from the local specialties by each country.
High nutritional content, ensured food safety and hygiene.
NO FATS OR OILS – Chang Kang Kung does not use fats or oils in the ingredients.
Ensures the meals are light and not creating cholesterol.
ORIGINAL FLAVOR – Chang Kang Kung does not use a lot of marinating additives.
Ensures the food retains its original flavor.
STEAM TECHNOLOGY – Hydrothermal steaming technology cooks the food with steam and allows serving right at the table when the food is just cooked.
Preserves 100% vitamins and minerals in the food.
CHANG KANG KUNG’S PORRIDGE POT
During the steaming process, nutrients from food are not lost but “converged” in the porcelain pot, forming a “special” porridge at the end of each meal. The special characteristic of the porridge is that each meal will have a different porridge flavor depending on the steaming food chosen by customers.
